We offer deer processing for hunters in Blair County and surrounding areas.  Our deer processing includes taking your venison and making it into one of many fresh or smoked products.  At Frederick’s Meat Market we stive to offer you options when it comes to your venison.  We have something for everyone, whether you love your fresh ground venison burger, your favorite stuffed venison sausage, or if you love on of our smoked venison products like our popular bologna or snack stick.

To ensure the best quality deer products for you we ask that your deer meat be off the bone, but not ground to be made into your preferred products. We recommend you do not put your deer meat in garbage bags as most are scented and this will affect the flavor of your meat. Our deer processing products include:
